The name itself began as something small. When we were younger, Francesca couldn’t quite pronounce Jessica’s name. Instead, she called her “Iska.” What started as a childhood nickname quickly became something more; a symbol of our bond, something uniquely ours that we carried with us as we grew. Years later, that same name became the foundation of what we were building together.

Every summer, we found ourselves returning to the same places, drawn to the effortless beauty of coastal destinations across Europe. There was something about those moments; the light, the textures, the simplicity of it all; that felt both grounding and inspiring. Swimwear wasn’t just something we packed; it became part of the experience. A reflection of confidence, ease, and personal expression.

Over time, those experiences turned into ideas. Ideas became sketches, conversations, and eventually a shared vision. We wanted to create pieces that captured that same feeling; something refined yet natural, feminine yet confident.
